Notebooks and pads to scribble on have accompanied my formative years. There, next to quick sketches, one finds notes about texts which must have impressed me enough to make me copy certain fragments. Ideas for new work are held next to quickly captured impressions of museum’s artefacts. They express an irresistible urge to ‚possess’ the things which fascinate me by a meaning, elusive at the moment.
