To construct means to create a complex system, combining
elements to achieve a coherent whole. It means to devise, lay
out and form, aiming at a synthetic, ordered structure. But order
also confines and restricts.
Deconstruct in order to stay open for other possibilities. Leave
for a while the role of the designer of the ‘well balanced form’ to
enable a new potential of solutions. Conceive your oeuvre as a
place of action, be prepared to take risks and snatch chances.
Dive in the flux of the occurrences, enrich on them.

The visible is in constant change – make its lack of uniformity
your subject matter and try to fix the stages of its fluctuation.

The «Constructions 2018» are the continuation of the work on
the «Les Légères 2017 ». Those were fragile structures, a sort
of ‘hollowed out sculptures’, which nevertheless retained a
marked physical presence. Light paper, thin, flexible rods,
transparent textiles – means used to set traps for the light.
The colors appeared rather as tinges of remembrance.

All works are unique prints on Rives paper, 65 x 50,5 cm in
the technique of the pigment transfer.
